Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery in Al Ain for orders placed before 4 PM. For urgent requests, please contact us directly on WhatsApp at +971 56 231 7333. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Al Ain and selected areas in the UAE. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to message us. We’ll do our best to make it happen. 

Can I customize my bouquet?

Absolutely. Whether it’s for a special occasion or you have specific flowers in mind, we’re happy to create something bespoke for you. Just reach out via WhatsApp or email to begin your custom order.

How long do the flowers last?

Our arrangements typically last 4–7 days, depending on the flower type and care. You’ll find flower care tips included with 

every order, and you can visit our Flower Care page for more.



Do your arrangements come in vases?

Some of our designs include vases, while others are hand-tied. You can see the product details on each item page. If you need a vase added, let us know during checkout.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Tabby for split payments. Your payment is secure and encrypted.


Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?

Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout. We recommend placing early orders during busy seasons like Valentine’s Day or Eid.


What if no one is home to receive the flowers?

We’ll always try to contact the recipient first. If no one answers, we’ll coordinate with you to leave the flowers safely or reschedule the delivery when possible.
